I’d agree with you because this is true for a lot of murderers’ speech but this wasn’t what he said - he said “we’re pretty close...” (we are) and when speaking about the situation, it occurred in the past, which is exactly how one would tell the recount. I also referred to him in past tense (“he said”) because it is specifically about events that has already occurred and ended (e.g. he was suspect and acted strange) not because he is no longer here but because what I spoke has already passed. If I were to say “he was a tall, blonde...” then that’s a different story (which many killers have known to fuck up in doing before).

Well, I found myself here because Sarah Stern is my doppleganger. I was sent photos of her and it is def uncanny how much we resemble one another.
