Description: Tested, running condition. Semi automatic filling machine designed for aseptic bag with spout filling of liquid products. Proces description: removing the closure, filling by magnetic flowtransmitter (Endress & Hauser Dosimag) for counting liters and placing the closure back automatically. 3 nozzles sets included, Bag feeding is done manually. The machine is multifunctional for small and large volumes: 2 - 1.200 liter bag-in-box, bag-in-drum, buckets or sterile containers. Dry-sterilization by steam and electric heated boiler, mechanical design. Nitrogen inert gas injection into the filled bag. Including roller conveyer, height adjustable. Including some extra spare filters. Control panel and PLC control system (Mitsubishi Melsec FX-48MR).
