I am a Bengali from Kolkata where one can find multiple similar eateries offering basic food at rates which are virtually next to nothing. But the underlying story is the same anywhere, whether in Kolkata or in Guwahati - an overwhelming desire to feed the poorest of the poor at the rates that the customers can afford. No wonder, running such an enterprise to fulfill one's social responsibility and making a profit at the same time is highly challenging. Here, the citizens can help such businesses by coming in larger numbers. Generating a decent profit becomes easier and more poor people can also be served simultaneously. So people of Guwahati, please visit the humble eatery run by this wonderful Didi and fulfill your social responsibility as well. Salute to Guwahati's own beloved Didi, from Kolkata.
