Best tip when low on health or about to fight on a corrupt island : Aim your camera at the ground below your feet and 'Lay down' prompt appears. Lying down for 10-15 seconds gives you a peace buff with health regen for 10 mins.

You can also stick the crates to the wall to create more space in your base.

When you first load your world, sheer all your animals and pick up all their poo. You don't need to feed them for this free harvest.
