Hi new & sub. I’ve been sourcing since 2014 I have two storage units full of what I consider treasure Cannot wait to create a KZbin channel & start selling my inventory videos like this gives me so much hope. I know what works for you may not work for me and vice versa it still let us know what your demographic maybe is & what you attract possibly just be on the look out for. I appreciate any advice that’s giving Thank You 🙏🏾

Hi there thank you for the video do you go buy what the Poshmark calculator says to price or your own price? Also why does Poshmark put a item as not for sale ? Thank you
@Dijana.S7 ай бұрын
I always use my price. Poshmark recommendations are sometimes way off, plus you want to leave some room for promo/offers/discounts

THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE MONEY ON THESE PLATFORMS IS TO HAVE A KZbin CHANEL WHERE YOU TALK ABOUT THE PLATFORMS. KZbinRS ARE PRIORITIZED ABOVE EVERY ONE ELSE AND THEY KNOW IT. THEY WON'T TELL YOU THIS BECAUSE THAT WON'T MAKE THEM MONEY IF YOU KNOW. IT TAKES AWAY FROM THEIR SALES.

@@elanaswan13 thank you so much! I made a Poshmark account but ended up having to delete it. I was so frustrated I added my first item, someone sent me a message asking me to send them more pics to their email. They said all of the pics were not visible. I felt like it was a scam but not sure how the whole Poshmark thing works, yet. I went back to my account and the item was deleted. It shows I have it listed in the listed part; however, it is not there. I tried to add it back and it said I needed to contact Poshmark. I did that but no response. lol I am not a quitter, so, I deleted the account and am going to make a new one and try again. If I have any issues would you be willing to help me? :)

Awesome info and I totally agree with your findings, with one exception. Don't buy every single piece of Jenni Kayne you find. I have had so much success with her sweaters and shoes, but I find I sit on the dresses FOREVER. I think the brand is just absolutely known for sweaters, and so not many people are looking for something like dresses in that brand. I''m still sitting on one that I've had for over two years. No one wants it 😑

That's good to know. I hope that dress sells soon!

Excuse me but the LIGHTING at the Getto Bins DEAR SUCKS! You wont find stains till you get home and throw that thing under a good light such as a ring light. Now how many stains do you see? A ton i bet. So dont say your making sure there are no stains on the items. Say that after you get home!

I am a niche seller and have done well with that for many years. Ive noticed a change in prices and sourcing quality is becoming more difficult. A couple problems with online reselling no matter what is offered are: 1) people dont have the disposable income and/or have lost jobs. 2) the costs of necessities has gone up a lot this past year. As the world goes further into what is deemed to be a LONG recession, people have become choosier and are buying much less. They are tapped out. People are wise to buy classic, timeless, very well made pieces and accessorize. Fast fashion is dying a slow death. IMO Vintage items will also likely become more popular as quality is getting worse and worse as time goes on, all in the name of profits. Look for wool, linen, cotton etc for natural materials. Accessorized capsule wardrobes could become a thing. Younger generations haven’t experienced what is about to sweep the world economically. Good used items will always be sought after but the buying frenzy is behind us for the time being. Nice presentation. Thank you.

2021 “the big recession is coming” 2022 “the big recession is coming” 2023 “the big recession is coming” Meanwhile the employment is high, holiday consumer spender was up, the stock markets are record highs, and inflation has come down to normal in the U.S.
