There's nothing quite like a nice refreshing cup of tea in the morning to revitalise one's soul, especially presently while watching both my family of blackbirds and family of robins feeding their fledglings on the bird table. Mr blackbird perches on my windowsill in the morning as soon as he sees me near the glass; he knows I'm about to bring out the food and fresh water. Then he'll perch on the bird table roof while I'm there filling the table, and suddenly, with an aerobatic hop, he'll land below to tuck in to breakfast before I've moved away ‒ such a lovely tame bird. xx ❤

I love listening to birds especially in early mornings in the Spring and late evening before they roost. Lovely sounds and all part of our wonderful diverse natural world. I must admit I've got to know what a lot of common bird sounds are recently and can always sport one I don't know! I was walking through a field at the weekend and a skylark was up above. Brilliant little bird to listen to.

I have a 2m high by 10m long Holly hedge in my garden. The sparrows take it over as a condominium every spring. I have a garden seat directly in front of it. It's almost deafening to sit there, but immensely joyful and relaxing at the same time. I only trim the hedge twice a year. Once in early spring and once in late autumn.

As ive gotten older, I have really enjoyed wild animals more and more birds and squirrels especially. I find myself listening to all the calls and trying to figure out who is what, and the birds in my area always have food in my yard and know its safe. My squirrels have permanent residence, same family of eastern greys comes with their children to eat all summer for the past 3 years. Thank you for the video showing the bird species and call its what I love to watch.

A song bird flew in to my cafe (Sept 27 23) and we couldn't get it out. We have very high ceilings. At one point all the customers left so we turned off all the lights, closed the blinds and opened the doors. The bird did not leave. So I took my phone and played this video and set my phone by the open doors. Within 1:35 the bird heard the audio and flew directly towards it and out the door!!!! Thanks so much!

Great video, I get such pleasure from watching and listening to the birds that come into my garden each day & in the trees nearby. However, I am very concerned that numbers are decreasing, which in my area is due to the amount of new housing estates going up at a rapid rate displacing all the wildlife. I will continue to “wildlife garden” and suggest that more people do this - not just for the birds but for bees, butterflies, squirrels, hedgehogs, frogs and toads etc. Everyone can do something to help, even if it’s only a feeder or planting a pot with wildflower seeds.

I bird caught my attention just outside my front door, he would sing a complicated, but brief song, repeat it once more, and then a new one, repeated. No two were alike by any stretch, and I started to count the individual songs. Somewhere along the way of 50+ songs, my neck got sore! It was never gonna end! I was fascinated, and started getting interested in the study. Someone told me that in Spanish, that bird's name translates into "Bird of a thousand voices." Ha! I totally believe it! Very intriguing. This is in N. Georgia.

Hi, 1:35 p.m., 1 of April 2024. Some of these little birds are more common heard, here. I love to hear their natural sound. Pigeons though do sound like doves and I suspect can change their songs to crow or raven sometimes, or what you whistle. Others too, imitate. I, and my parents, love the birds, what a beautiful golden "goose," for us and our world(s). Please realize why. Weather and Rebirth. Spring, Summer. The Four Seasons, the Four Winds.

When the White Wagtail was chirping I could hear a Morris Minor reversing in the background.
