At 20:21, this is actually a pretty common trick developers use if they find themselves using a particular set of models frequently, they will place them in a centralized/common location so they can easily go and copy another one.

13:30 The dev team went to Alcatraz and explored it in preparation for the map. I remember Jason also said that Mob was only about half of what they originally wanted to do

At 7:07 you can actually end the round and zombies will spawn at the diner or farm or wherever you are on the map the spawns are still there and will play like a normal map

If anyone plays BO3 on PC there’s a town remastered that someone made that is PERFECT. It has the bo2 town feel but with better graphics and he textured and opened the bowling alley and the apartment to the book shop. Its on the steam workshop called “Town remastered”

Very interesting!! Also, those untextured boxes/black boxes are usually for developing, usually spawn something, make something happen, etc. And some of the extra room on the floors (like on the numbers mission) are just over estimates from when the devs were starting to build the map. Nice video bro!!

PHD did make an appearance in Bo2 on the grief version of mob of the dead, theres a perk machine in the normal motd spawn room and you can buy it.

I would love to make a custom map! I’ve actually been thinking about it quite a lot lately, I plan to at the very least download BO3 mod tools and fool around for a bit sometime soon.

Wanna see you do WaW, back when I used to iso swap zombies on it I would spend of a lot time outside of maps, & on Der Riese. If I remember correctly if you noclip behind the pack a punch, there’s some kind of object back there you can press x on if I remember again lol. But think a bunch of guns spawn & spin in a circle then take off. Also, forget we’re think the left side of the map if you have your back to PaP, you can find a black box for the animation for TP. Bare with me, been probably 8 if not more years since I truly played WaW.

#16: The Pathways I feel like if they did do something with the path and the little area, It would've been a scenery thing like in BO4s....what was the name? The Call of The Dead map remake. I wish devs really took their time to put in full fledged secret areas that aren't suppose to be accessible but if you do some super obscure objective, sequence of actions or just let the drive of "I wanna see what's behind this door, wall, window or what have you (Etc. Etc.)" Drive you to do random things, jump, crouch and dolphin dive on every playable square inch of the I don't know, I know they have obscure Easter Eggs in BO3 like the floating heart with a picture of a dev with SO, I think, in it on Der Eisendrache. Perhaps something like that, and after meeting the prerequisites, an invisible barrier lifts from a door allowing to close the small space between the player and the buy option or simply phase through it. Typing this, I'm reminded that there are many and possibly another many more easter eggs that haven't been found. all the way back to WAW if not just back to BO1.

If those extra trenches were used for the intro then they did that specifically for attention to detail because they didn’t start rendering cutscenes in engine until Shadows of evil. (The data miners are the people to thank for that)

people should make a mod that brings back all the missing rooms and areas that shouldve been possible to walk around. that room with the stairs that lead to the semtex room is just an example, its a chokepoint room and a way out instead of being boxed in.

To backup your point at 2:50 about the bowling alley In tranzit it was Indeed intended to be in the game, 95% likley maybe. If you look on the Cod Radiant Wiki under BO2 you can see In-dev screenshots of someone working on the bowling alley in tranzit along with an underdestroyed Town, all be it unfinished!

Theres a bug on the 360 version where the door to the bowling alley wont load in and you can walk through it. It happened to me randomly while playing so idk how to replicate it. My xbox was hot at that moment though. The sky was glitching out too lol

I believe this was confirmed and there are early dev images of them working on Radiant (at least the hotel and bowling alley). I wasn't able to find them myself though so sadly I couldn't put them in the video.

I think its funny how badly people want money with not much work to put into it you used a mod then used obs to record unless you literally pay 20$ a month got steam labs then I say maybe use your money wise. All these things have all been showed its literally just people are to lazy to look up stuff ot do it themselves. And you'll make money from just flying around and guessing because you've guessed quite a few times on stuff when a og pro zombie player would know. I also love how I've been telling others before shangri-la came out I told everyone we are on Mars when night on earth during the day. And that call of the dead is usually in it's own pocket Dimension. Oh yes man I'm a huge zombie pro and I know plenty of stuff.
