Which one would you recommend to be done through an online method? either a scene that can be done through a phone or a radio like the one in the bunker?

Yes - After The End could work well! With the characters on radios or in different parts of the bunker perhaps. Also check out Scene 1 from The Sugar Syndrome by Lucy Prebble - it's set in an internet chat room so would work perfectly for an online style performance. Good luck!
