Brian you should add some leaf litter in the mata mata cage to show its camouflage maybe even a substrate of dirt, also Manzita wood looks great and gives off brown tannins that would make it look lile its natural habitat in the Amazon 👍

Double up a butterfly net from Dollar tree. It works for cleaning the huge poo out of the water. Double up though so it doesn't rip. Then a flip into a trashcan and it's done with zero touching it. *Tip for the day

A cat poop scoop would work great for Lucy poop! They’re slotted so water would drain but the poop would be caught! They’re cheap as chips too! Lucy’s so gorgeous! 😍

I love seeing the blue tongues at the zoo. I get them pop up around my yard sometimes, I know they must live in there somewhere. it's cool to see how much people love them. They like eating snails and bugs and keep the smaller snakes and bigger spiders away.

I got my first couple of Cornsnake when I was 11... I’m 26 now and my two lovely noodle are always by my side and I love them so much. An idea for your "pooper scoop" for fishing turds out of water... I've seen in pet stores a scoop (I think for aquatic animals) that looks like a large scoop, but is made of fine mesh. I used one to sift degu poop out of their sand bath, but it would drain the water from the turds and keep the mucky water away from you better.

Cheap, easy to find, easy to replace- and nobody can mistake a cat litter scoop for anything but a pooper scooper anyways! That might help (and some masks for the smell!) Brian, use a fish net to clean Lucy's water. That catches chunks and drains the water. Get them at wal mart or pet smart. I don't think guppy size would work. :)

Just a recommendation but until you figure something out with Lucy's water you could get a strainer spoon like you use to scrap ice of the hole when ice fishing

I have a suggestion and some questions... to get the presents that lucy leaves out of her water.. you could use a strainer like you said.. but also you might be able to use a pool net.. i think it could handle the weight and would go alot faster.. questions: what kind of snake is butterscotch? and the bright blue frogs are they dart frogs? are they poisoness?

I keep forgetting to ask for over a year now. I know all snakes are different in different environments too, but do most snakes just like to coil up and stay in a certain area or do some snakes actually like to travel and Slither far distances per day. because I think it's so cool that you're letting the snakes out to travel and the lizards all around the reptarium. I think that is so cute. do the leopard tortoises like to walk around the shop too. again another amazing Vlog! I love your videos, every single one of them!!!

Try using various fishnets to clean up the poop in the displays. The fishnets that I'm talking about, are found at a store that sells fish for home aquariums. Due to the many sizes of water ponds in each display, look for guppy to large angel fish. Make sure they look durable. Or you can try different sized hand holdable strainers like the ones used for pasta and the like.

Morning Brian, I’m sure you have something like it already but a strainer would work great for cleaning out poop in the water. Lucifer is so bright and colorful. When she is stretched out, blows me away how big she is. So cool to see such a big snake climb up the wall in her habitat. Andrea is such a cool young lady, what does Noah think of her? You should put a little Webcam in the inner corner of the big cages broadcasting to monitors over the cage. So You could watch from a difrent angle and children that aren't tall enough to see in could watch the monitor.
