The thing with Nintendo being protective is that their games and IPs is all they are if their image is poorly represented in an uncontrolled external collab like fortnite could be detrimental to them , other companies like Microsoft or SONY could get rid of their video game division any day and be completely fine because they are in hundreds of different businesses not just gaming. That’s why Nintendo been protective is a huge part of what has earned them big success all these years.

Personally, a transformers collab would be AMAZING. you could have optimus prime as a skin, his energy sword as his pickaxe, he could have a built in traversal emote that transforms him into his truck, and his glider could be the autobot ship the ark, and epic has signed deals with hasbro and paramount and both these companies have rights to it so I definitely think it could happen if enough attention is brought to it, plus, transformers are collaborating with a lot of games so there's that as well.

How about this, Jjba skins that have built-in emote that is similar to Wolverine's, where they summon their stands and use them as a pickaxe/backbling replacement. A neat little gimmik could have the stands be invisible to most skins except for the other JoJo's characters. A way to balance this out is to have the skins do a gesture and make the impacts of the stands more noticeable than a regular pickaxe impact.

Fortnite could easily do a crossover with cartoon network shows like Ben 10 or Generator Rex. The nanite event is easily doable in the game and has a great storyline.

2 things I gotta say, 1. I’m the only one that is literally praying and would die for a tmnt collab, 2. I pretty much think it’s confirmed there’s gonna be an npc at the daily bugle. If you do the shanta quests then there’s a challenge called get gems near npcs and there’s one at the daily bugle. But there’s 0 npcs at the daily bugle.
