I ended up getting a baby Beta from a store a while back and the same thing happened to me I honestly didn't know what happened I only had her for about 2 1/2 weeks but I got another one and he is doing much better

I have had mystery snails for 3 weeks now and I noticed 2 of my 'friendly' fish are nipping at them, so I brought them their own tank that I pick up tomorrow. I also brought some moss but I would like for them to have some freshwater plants as well. Do you have any recommendations or any helpful tips on how to set their tank up?

Le'ah_2015 try to choose hardy plants, especially those with thicker leaves like anubias! They like to eat delicate plants, even if the plant is alive and well 😂 I also like to provide something tall, like wood, that they can glide off of. That’s mainly for my entertainment though lol they’ll thrive in various setups 😊

Your sponge filter for your beta is on waaayy too strong. They don't do well with a lot of water movement. Js.
