"It's between you and Allah" doesn't apply when people do something publicly. For example, if you drink alcohol, and you do it in private, then only Allah knows. You are not supposed to go around and tell everyone about it. Or post it on a public KZbin account. Islam tells Muslims to warn each other if they sin and to inform them about it.
