@@asiyadalal1552 so what I would do and what has been working for me is I would eat brunch at 12:00 PM and it would be three eggs prepared any way you like with a half an avocado and two strips of bacon or sometimes I would switch it off with sausages. And I have a juicer so I would just use any fresh fruit that I liked juice it and drink it all natural with a bottle of water then I would usually be hungry around 2 PM so I would eat a snack, which would be 1 cup of carrots with a bottle of water or one cup of mixed fruit of my choice. And I would also drink green tea plain then around four it would be a late lunch for me. I would eat usually some type of beans. I loved kidney beans and chickpeas. I would make that into a stew and eat it with brown rice in a reasonable portion of course then, because I love carrots so much, I would eat a cup of carrots on the side or a side salad with lots of water then usually by five or six I would be hungry again so I would eat another snack which would be a handful of almonds with more water then by 8:00 PM I eat my dinner, which would usually be a sandwich with low carb bread with a turkey breast and lettuce, which was my way of mimicking a Mc chicken from McDonald’s I would eat just one sandwich with a cup full of homemade fries which I made with sweet potatoes to cut down on carbs / calories. Then I would finish it off with three bottles of water. I also exercise four times a week for thirty minutes to forty five minutes and my work out would be split between resistance exercises and running on the treadmill.!!! 😊😊😊 hope that helped

Every day is like Thanksgiving. I cook for my kids and prepare things for my evening meal, which is always delicious no matter how simple. Meals don't feel that way at all when I spend all day nibbling on junk and eating 'meals' every 3 hours. The occasional rumbles in my stomach are reminders that I'm actually *doing* something about the weight I want to lose. I recommend kicking off with a 1, 2 or even 3 day fast to give yourself an idea what it feels like to really go beyond your comfort zone , and then start your 20:4 fasting from there. Knowing what it feels like to fast longer, the 20:4 really feels like a cakewalk in comparison.

@louisacofresi hi. I noticed you never got an answer. You can eat until you are full. It's pretty hard to eat a day's worth of food in 4 hrs so most people fall in a calorie deficit naturally. For e.g. my calories in a deficit are 1550. I have to practically stuff myself sometimes to eat that much as I am trying not to lose muscle. Without trying I usually eat around 1300-1400 calories.

Then a black coffee (small) around 1030AM and then back to water. 1 hour before I eat ill have a glass of water with 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar drinking it thru a straw. Then once it's time to eat I have a well balanced high protein, high fat, low carb meal. This week's meals look like this: Smoked turkey, sardines, pickled egg, Avocado, sour kraut, broccoli sprouts, baby Swiss cheese, olives, mixed nuts and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
