Jeff, pro amateur budget tip: You are missing out if you haven’t sliced up some sashimi tuna 🍣 and tried making rolls at Home, instead of going to a restaurant … I use the smoked salmon in them. I know it’s a specialty art 🖼️ for chefs but still fun to try once and awhile.

I actually trust the organic farm raised salmon from Scandinavia more than ocean caught salmon, because I know they test the water the fish are raised in. Plus the farm-raised isn't frozen, and I prefer more fat in the fish.

We used to get 4 great steaks for the price of 2 now. So many cattle were killed in the fires in TX that I expect that price to go way up so we will eat bugs as they say. I can't remember the last time any steak I bought at the grocery tasted good. Sad.

Man that ninja woodfire pizza oven is tempting, but i already have the grill version of it i got at costco per your costco video featuring it lol. ive cooked pizzas on it with the bake setting and some pellets to get that woodfired flavor. though with that pizza oven you can do much larger pizzas compared to the grill. Very tempting at that price!!

Careful with buying fish at Sam's My tip look at expiration date even after you buy it take it to your car and pop it open and smell it if you smell a strong ammonia smell take it back. Salmon is expensive now so don't pay for stinky fish.....

😱 some people are blind, and don’t even look…Drives me bonkers!!! I’ve gotten food poisoning twice from fish, and one other time (another story) , and oh was I sick, sick, sick. I’ll never forget those 2 incidents. And I was by myself so it was awful, well for me, it was.
