Ok i will try to keep minimal approaching tech !columns must be poured once full length .You only have to stop at the top! 2 anchorage rebar should be continuously made to transfer loads ! 3 wall-beam columns connection anchorage .you should have at least 3 each for that wall high. Masonry interlocking beam pouring concrete accepted as well with precast wall masonry or rebar's. i could explain you engineering side but is seems that you did not care to much at the beginning been to ignorant to your safe and people who will live in that house! You could try to repaired just a little but will not be a successful reparation ! I will strongly advice you to consult a structural civil engineer before conducting such works for your benefits !Happy new Year !
