This is the Art Tatum version, it was pure coincidence because I happened to be playing it when I clicked on the video

#7 is interesting because there’s ii/V in Gb (a half step up from F, the key she’s been playing in) and then back down to a ii/V/I in F. Then, at #9, the right hand implies melodic minor with the arpeggio. She moves on to the enclosure, then finishes off the licc with an outline of a C7b9 chord resolving to Fmaj7. Nice! Then we have #20. Phew... starts off with an ascending pattern outlining a Gminsus7(b13) and then a C7#9(add4). We move back down with the same pattern until the F maj7, which she dances around. She starts off with Lydian (using G pentatonic), then F pentatonic, and then this quartal movement in Gb pentatonic with an E for chromaticism. That brings us down to a descending chromatic line to Bb, which sets up the next ii/V in a very left handed sort of way. That’s some serious stuff.

Well… on #20, the first two measures are actually the same F7(sus) over both the g-7 and C7. Actually, the e natural in the last measure really isn’t chromatic either since that would be the 7th of the Gb/F#7 (tritone sub of C7).

And the e sus major is quite amazing but it is trigonometric in its own right when considering the extreme ties of chromatic and resolving to Fmaj.
