It is simply a kind reminder that the court reporter (who is trained to write 225 words per minute) is unable to write several voices at once. It is infuriating trying to create the record when counsel is being little toddlers fighting.

At 56 minutes Destiny says as a loose quote "you have to show a law or process was broken. If you have a problem with this you need to change the law. You cant get judges to change election results based on you not liking the current process". This is exactly the problem with all the frivolous court cases Trump and company pushed. Its like not challenging the ref on a bad call in the 2nd quarter, something your allowed to do, and then after losing the game demand the ref to change the outcome based on that call in the 2nd quarter you didnt challenge. The whole purpose of the cases was just as a PR event. These lawyers should be disbarred if not jailed for taking part in a PR campaign to steal an election.

A notarized affidavit is virtually the same thing as testifying in court. It carries the same weight as testifying under oath. You can get charged with perjury in fed court for lying on a sworn affidavit.
