Sorry if I didn't include YOUR favorite song, but with lists you are always limited and it's hard to choose!!* Here are 20 iconic rock and heavy metal guitar riffs of the 90s for you guys! We are looking at some true classics such as Nirvana, Rage Against The Machine, Slayer, Metallica, Slipknot, Korn, iron Maiden, AC/DC Rammstein, Mudvayne and System Of A Down! I wanted the bands to be various which is why there is only one riff per band in this riff list! Also the tunings vary and yes, I played everything on that guitar. How is this possible? Bookending this with Nirvana and Soundgarden was a great choice. The sound of the '90s in a lot of ways. I never expected to hear you play Blur. Always cool surprises. Great job with the whoos. xD This was when I got into metal, and you picked so many of my favourites from back then. Just a perfect selection, and your tones are amazing! I think my favourite would have to be Killing in the Name. It's just so gloriously crunchy whenever I hear you play it. I love it! Awesome video! \m/

Yeah, nice choice of songs. Smells Like was one of the very first songs I learned on guitar, and later on, "Song 2" followed as well.

Hard choice, Jassy. Black Hole Sun was different, as well as a nice touch, but I think the holy trinity for me here are Thunderstruck, Du Hast, and Enter Sandman, which are all classics!!! Great job Jassy!!! It was fun to listen to these riffs.

Thank you for another great Riffs List! Thank you for the reminiscence of my teenage years :) Picking my favourites 90s songs from one of my two favourite genres was a very difficult task. Fifteen of the songs you chose are in my 90s favourites playlist - the other 5 songs were songs I somehow managed not to have heard in the 90s! So what were my favourites of the list? - Sepultura, Megadeth, Slayer, Rage Against The Machine, Alice In Chains and Soundgarden. Which song will I chose as my favourite as I can only choose one? Alice In Chains' Them bones' as I've been listening to this song over and over again lately! As always your guitar tone, playing and editing is done to such a high standard and with enthusiasm!

I know this will probably never happen but I would really love to hear you cover "My Darkest Hour" by Megadeth. Think you could pull off the whole song. Just a dream though. WOW Wieder sehr cool. Mein bester Riff in dieser Liste ist, wie könnte es anders sein , AC/DC Thunderstruck :-) War wieder super gespielt. Thumbs up und ja mehr davon (vielleicht auch mal etwas noch älteres so Deep Purple / Led Zepplin / Motorhead , so 70er :-) Wäre cool :- ) Aber egal was du macht. Es klingt immer besser :-)
