I have 3x new 40min Calisthenics Workouts out next week as part of a new Push, Pull, Legs mini program that you can do on rotation. They will be on my TPT virtual studio (linked in video description) if you fancy trying another Calisthenics program. Otherwise you could give this Calisthenics series another run through putting in some difficulty progressions.

Done, thanks Tom ! Half hollow rock was a bit all over the place though, so perhaps I should have done (half) hollow hold instead 🤔. Also, I have been doing those workouts mostly indoors and barefoot. What difference does wearing shoes make ? (Apart from the little extra weight...)

Just a personal preference, no right or wrong. Shoes will make pistols and squats easier having the heal elevation but make the hollow holds slightly harder.

@@TomPetoTraining I tried out shoes for a couple of these and I actually found the biggest difference with all the reverse holds and glute bridge type exercises. Ankle mobility has never been so essential in my life before 🥲
