I don’t usually leave comments on KZbin videos but it would be wrong to not acknowledge how amazing your videos are. I have been trying to lose weight and tone my body by walking 5 miles at least 3 times a week, with weights. After a year I have dropped some weight but I haven’t seen the results I have been looking for, that is until I started your videos about a month ago. Doing some variations of your videos 5-6 times a week has changed my body more in one month than the year of walking. Not only that but I actually enjoy doing your videos, and this comes from somebody that does not like exercise, lol. I find it’s good for my mind and my body. Not only am I starting to tone up but I am also getting stronger. Your videos were my first experience with Pilates so I couldn’t always do all of the movements but I’m getting stronger and able to almost keep up with you now…..I’m just not quite as graceful ❤. Thank you for all of your hard work and guidance, Nicole. You are generous with your time and knowledge but it is definitely appreciated!

day 1 : done day 2 : done day 3: done day 4 : done day 5 : done day 6 : period day 1 : light walking day 7 : period day 2 : stayed home day 8 : period day 3 : played outdoors day 9 : period day 4 : did a lot of running and went outdoors day 10 : overslept so i had no motivation to start again oh my god why is it so hard to workout again after your periodsss day 11 : donee [it was so hard to start over but it was totally worth it] day 12 : done day 13 : done day 14 : done

This made me sweat sooo much! I’m really glad I switched from workouts to Pilates because I think it’s actually really intense but because of the stretches in between, I have enough energy to pull through a whole video ☺️ Also, this video is very great and i feel so good now, so thank you! 💗

I 100% agree, those stretches in between really help me push through which I never got with a HIIT workout or anything else. Finally found something I enjoy and will definitely continue doing pilates!

this was one of the loveliest workouts i have ever done. I loved the flow, the sea in the bgr and it really helped with period cramps, released the pain! So much harmony and so nice exercise sequence. well done and thank you!

Thank you for videos! I love your workouts! I live in Russia, in Siberia. 20 minutes videos helped me to start doing pilates. It was emotionally easier to convince myself to work only for 20 minutes. Now I still love doing 20 minutes pilates in the morning, and longer workouts in the evenings.

I just started with Pilates and only did your beginner workouts. Now I thought „you are fit, how bad can a intermediate workout be?“. And it was way harder than the beginner workouts. But I pushed through and just loved it. I feel very comfortable while doing your workouts. ❤️

What a fun and challenging class! I always appreciate when you do modifications for the neck (holding my neck up unassisted tends to result in muscle pain later). It would be amazing if you did a video on strengthening the neck and shoulders! Thank you so much for all you do and please let us know if there are other ways to support you!!

Having an infant it’s so hard to find time (or energy haha) for a workout. This is a great 4 months postpartum workout for me! You’re an awesome instructor happy I found you and your videos!

Love your work Nicole! You have just changed my, ok not entire life but somehow, you have changed my life partly by helping me to own a nice body and a quite balance mentality, by relaxing while working out with you. And since everyone asked me where and how did I get my new figure, I introduced them to your work out and til now I think 6-7 of them are doing it every week!
