Thank you for your wonderful guidance! I went back in time during meditation to my first yoga class. It was kundalini and it was my first challenge to myself, this kriya felt insanely difficult and extremely frustrating. But now, I can remember it with a smile and ease.

This was super powerful! I've done a few Kundalini meditations but this one made my whole body radiate after. I thought I might pass out but the calm breaths prevailed. Wonder what that's about!

Any suggestions for shoulders with old injuries? From the get go my right shoulder was in pain. I did my best but had to release once in awhile.

Yes, take breaks as needed! If it is too painful and is not serving you, just visualize yourself doing it!
