*i am so incredibly amazed at how many calories i burned in this less than 30 minute session of yours! my body is still cooling off and therefore the burn is still going! 402 active calories burned and 469 total calories burned and counting! i didn’t feel like doing a long workout today but this gave me just as great results as a longer one! ready to tackle the day!*

Hey Michelle 👋🏾 Today I did Day 2 of the Beginners 14 Day Course…really getting to grips with the basics now 😀 And then I challenged myself to do this HIIT workout- need to work on my stamina but I managed 80 percent of it so good for a first attempt 😃 Loved the music 🎶 thanks again and keep on keepin on 👌🏾

This is a great workout! I have trouble keeping up because my rebounder seems to take twice as long per each bounce vs yours. Is this a lack of skill or do I need to tighten the elastics?
