Hey my friends! The music changes in the middle of this video for 2 minutes so that I could take out all of the adverts that the music labels inserted into my video, so that you could follow it without interruptions! That’s also why you won’t hear the countdown timers for 2 minutes but it means you get to follow without any ads! ♥️

If anyone is scrolling through the comments before doing the workout like I always do, I just want to let you know that IT WORKS!!!! I did this workout for the first time at the beginning of quarantine and let me tell you, my asthmatic ass was lying on the floor DYING at the end. But after incorporating 2 or 3 reps of this workout into my morning workouts once or twice a week, I can confidently say that I am SOOOO much stronger than I was before! Today I decided that I wanted to do the full workout, and I was able to complete it all the way through without feeling incredibly out of breath! Please know that YOU CAN DO THIS and that seeing progress takes time.❤️❤️❤️

Now I’m not sure how much I weight because it is not something I generally worry about but my fat is literally gone and i’m toned! Obviously I incorporated core workouts to get a faster result. I did 2 rounds and it was a lot more easier than yesterday. day four: i can finally walk! hurray :) did 3 rounds today. feeling better than ever! I'll probably do a second week too. this workout is so much fun. day five: I'm feeling a little tired today, I did 15 minutes cardio before so I did only two rounds. I am SO tired :D Plus I really can't get with the lateral bears so from tomorrow as the fifth exercise I'll do a plank if that's okay? I hope so. If anyone's thinking about trying this workout- do it! It's so much fun. day six: NO PAIN! hurray! I did 3 rounds plus some abs workout afterwards. tomorrow I'll try to do 4 rounds. I'm so close and so happy :) day seven: ok now i’m a little dissapointed- i can’t get the fourth round. I’m so exhausted at the end of the third one. I’ll try do 4 tommorow and i strongly hope I’ll get through it! ✅

Was so feeling so tired today and thought 20 mins is better than nothing. Not only was this a really good workout (I am sweaty, red-faced!) but I feel so much better for doing so. Sometimes a shorter nugget is encouraging enough to get you going in your day and in the end it ends up working your whole body. Thank you Natacha! Much love

@@evy7417 hey sweetie. Thank you for letting me know what you have in mind and for the support. So to be completely honest, I think you're right and that there were some issues with this. To put it in perspective, there was at one point definitely a proportion of people having issues, but there were literally hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of users on the app and so on average the experience was generally pretty streamline. Having said that, the AFLETE team have taken on board a whole lot of feedback and run a huge number of updates over the last year which have really changed the app, and my understanding now from constantly talking to people using my programme is that the glitches have been ironed out and the extra features are all working smoothly. The second half of 2019 had a whole bunch of updates and I think we are in a good place now honestly, and the customer service team and I will be here if you have any problems if you do go for a programme. All my love!

Listen i've been working out for years now. Ive jumped from youtuber to youtuber but this is the first time I felt so comfortable working out without feeling like i'm weak or lacking. That part where she says to get proper recovery rest in between to be able to push harder for the next move stuck out to me. Im so used to having active rest that I eventually can't finish the workout because my body and stamina is already so drained. Super straight forward moves, its repetitive but fun because it gives me a sense of accomplishment that I already know what's the next move. Plus, I've watched her other videos. She is SUPER LEGIT. No click-bait, just full on knowledgeable facts. Will be working out with her from now on! Thanks Natacha.

We're into the 4th lock-down here in Ontario and I've been depressed and letting myself get lazy since the gyms got shut down 5 days into 2022. I was so motivated going into the new year to really amp up the intensity of my workouts and start hitting more PB's with weightlifting then the lock-downs just shut down my spirit. I decided to try this workout today at home to try to stop feeling sorry for myself and I am so glad I did! I've had a few HIIT experiences where I've been shouted at for not being fast enough or pushing hard enough so I've come to not like HIIT. I love cardio; I play football and do some running but I don't usually do HIIT. However I have a small hip injury (nothing serious and it's taken care of) so I have to avoid running for a while. I switched my weekly aerobic endurance run for a cycle (so grateful for that we get to exercise outdoors atm) but I had to find a way to do some kind of an intervally/ anaerobic workout so I was like okay, I'll do a no impact HIIT wo. I ended up loving it🤩 I'm more of a beginner strength than cardio wise so I couldn't have done the moves any faster with a proper form so I just did my best to break some sweat. I wasn't like dying cardio wise but rather than obsessing over it I just acknowledge that that's probably a sign that I could use some more workouts with this athletic power aspect there as well😉 Feeling strong af, thank you Natacha!!💕💫

The one thing I love most about your cardio videos is that there is no pressure to do them every single day. I get by doing this 2-3 times a week and it feels amazing! Thank you :) Edit: Here's a 3 week update :3. I've seen HUGE improvements in my endurance and arm/leg strength. I'm doing this workout in combination with some other workouts so I can help strengthen everything. This workout is honestly the best since it allows you to give everything for each exercise. It also gives adequate rest time (which some other workouts hate giving for some reason). Anyway, I'm gonna continue doing this and hopefully I continue to improve :)

Also I loved the music and that you weren't talking through the video but rather going as hard as you could. I really really liked that you looked like you were working hard during the workout and sweating. I find it patronizing when I do HIIT and the instructor/KZbin is looking at me all smiles, not breaking a sweat, and going on about how we're so close and we got this while I'm dying.
