Managed all the workout, with a couple of exceptions. Didn’t do as many reps on some. Have to be careful of the arthritis in my hips. And couldn’t do the last exercise as shown. I had to modify. I just did the plank and held for 2 minutes. At 73, I think did good. Been doing pilates for 8 years. Daily since 2021.

I'm 61 too, my first time trying wall Pilates. Will definitely incorporate this into my weekly workout! I'm sure to feel this tomorrow! 🤣
