I hadn't heard of the Susp Stew til like 2019 and looked into how it was made. Oxeye gives you a bit of regen but it's crazy what happens when dandelion stew does when the saturation effect gets the chance to top off your hunger to full. It's literally a ghetto golden apple. Only downside is stew doesn't stack and the materials take up space in order to stack, but I think with the addition of Bundles, that problem has mostly gone away.
