The love handles are burning with those oblique side cross crunches I like those better than oblique crunches because it help me have a perfect form. And those figure 4 crunches . My abs are turned on with four arm plank taps and flutter kicks ! I put the effort and god is with me always 😊

I did that In my youmger age, every day after work and gym session and got my six-pack in a month with amazing V-cut and it burned off stomach fat like crazy. Such underrated workout video, you guys should have millions of views because this actually works. 🙏🙏

I've started my work outs with Advanced Total Abs Workout - Six Pack Abs In 20 video a year ago and its awesome! just tried the one above and its absolutely amazing! now when i go to bootcamps and spinning classes im totally fine with their intensity

Ive been doing this routine at least 5 days a week on top of my other workouts and clean eating for over a month now and even though i still have extra belly fat to lose im seeing the 6 pack forming!! Ive also cut dairy recently and its really helping me lean out and not feel puffy Thank you gymra and josephine for keeping me motivated!

Delaney Mobley yes I try to do it at least 3-4 x a week. On top of healthy diet and regular exercise but yes the abs are looking great! Im much more confident in a bikini now and I'm in Florida so it's inevitable lol. Also I incorporate ankle weights in some parts of the routine but always in the first part with the planks. I've also done a few cleanses which really helped with belly bloat I've been experiencing since taking a birth control I no longer am on. Good luck!

In about 4 weeks, you'll start noticing results. But that's if you keep consistent - do the routine 3-4 times a week on non-consecutive days, do plenty of cardio, and keep a clean diet.

I don't feel any pain in my abs in the beginning, I make sure to suck my in and challenge myself but i just don't feel it. I more feel it in my arms. Any advice?

My height is 175 cm, weigh 60 kg. I have only 20 days left and want to burn my belly fat. I don't have to have a sixpack, just a flat one. So, if I do that every day in the morning and in the evening, will I be able to reach my goal? To mention: I run for more than 2 hours every day.

You shouldn't do it every day, as your muscles need time to recover. Do it on non-consecutive days. Diet is extremely important if you want a flat belly. A vigorous ab routine every other day, cardio every day, and a clean diet will flatten your belly in no time. Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water. Posture is important too. Sitting and standing up straight helps to engage your core throughout the day.

We have some recipes on our website (gymra.com), but no diet plans as of now. It's definitely something that we are in the process of doing so please stay tuned! For now, keep it simple. Stick to real whole foods like fruits & veggies, nuts & seeds, legumes & whole grains, and lean meats. Stay away from highly processed foods, foods that are high in sugar and fat, fried foods, and soda/sugary drinks. Once you start eating healthier, it becomes second nature. Keep it clean & consistent, and good luck! :)

Your diet will be a big factor. If you stick to healthy meals, eating mostly veggies, fruit, lean meats, and whole grains, then you'll have a good chance at keeping your belly fat low. Make sure to stay away from soda and other sugary drinks and keep alcohol consumption to a minimum. Staying hydrated and getting plenty of sleep is important as well. If you currently need to lose weight, then 10 minutes of cardio a day may not be enough. Generally, 30-60 minutes of cardio a day is recommended. However, you can do this routine (or your preferred ab workout) just 3 days a week.

So I am a 15 year old girl, usually swim like 4 days a week, I am skinny but I just have a fat stomach, and I try to eat healthy things,, so do u suggest like 10 min of ab and 10 min of cardio every day in addition to the swimming? Will this routine maybe flatten my stomach in like 5 or 6 months?

I swear if I hear "muffin tops" one more time... Workout to be strong and healthy. If you have some muffin tops, don't feel like you dont have that perfect bikini body that this lady was talking about. And remember, and are made in the kitchen so don't focus on these workouts too much or her obsession with muffin tops.

after 6 months, i see good results. My collegues said "oh you lost weight" I said "no i did not" ( i really did not loose a pound) so they anwsered "yes you did your belly is so flat!" So this is exactly what happendend i kept my beautiful female body but it is a way more in shape now. THANK YOU!

I’m literally dying doing this workout. I have tried multiple AB workouts and non of them was hard enough...I could never feel the next day that, I really hit my muscles. But this AB workout is fire!!

Oh my gosh the first time I did this workout and afterwards I thought to myself "eh I'm probably not even going to be sore tomorrow" (I usually use weights when I'm working on abs) but the next 2 days I was so sore! Already seeing improvements!

Perhaps you're off the floor too much. Tighten your abs and tuck your chin without straining your neck.

You will never see six pack if you got fat on your tummy, you need to lose that first doing serious cardio and only then start doing ab workouts, otherwise it's a waste of time, they should have explained that to people but they don't.

So the first time I did this workout, it burned my abs really well and I was sore for three days and didn’t do this workout for four days. Today, my back hurt on all of these exercises, even more than my abs. What am I doing wrong?

Hard to say maybe you've an injured back and just felt it during this workout. See a specialist if the pain persists.

Love your routine but you are misinforming people about how to get rid of sagging skin. Exercise builds muscle will tone muscle not skin.

It’s true that you can’t literally tighten skin with exercise, but you can help to give the appearance of tighter skin if you build lean muscle! Glad to hear you enjoyed the routine & thanks so much for working out with us :)
