This is the only workout that killa me! Im a amateur kickboxer from Bulgaria and i RECOMMENDED this routine. Im doing it about 1 to 2 times per week depends on how i feel my self.

Did this as a burner at the end of a leg day. Bad idea, got destroyed and stopped many times. I will keep doing this until I can succeed a full duration post leg day for ultra legs. Even if I cannot go all the way it'll still be excellent I reckon.

I'm really a body weight guy. I like high reps and no weight and if I want to make it hard I focus on 1 leg squats. I do this because I seem to get injured when I do front or back squats.

I tried it, it's super hard for me. I couldn't finish the last 2 reps of the last exercise. It's effective for sure ! How much a week should a beginner train this ? Btw for the side kick hold, I couldn't go higher than my hip, I don't know how you can raise that high lol

I do some weight lifting. It's probably 3-5% of my total workouts but there's definitely nothing wrong with it.

Just a question, what if you don't have enough flexibility or stability to do some of these? Like the one legged squats, I can't balance myself well enough and for the straight leg holds, I don't have enough flexibility, should I still try and try to get my flexibility/stability up by doing that? And any tips to increase stability + flexibility, since those two are issues I really struggle on

For the one leg squats use a chair as assistance. It can help you balance and you can use your arms to leg push yourself up. For the straight leg holds drop it down to thigh or knee level. With practice you will start being able to raise your leg higher and higher.
