I like how it brings the crown chakra back down. Sometimes I feel these practices should start from the top down. It is good at some point to bring that heavenly energy down and throughout. I believe that part made this one better than other chackra alignments I have done. Music wad perfect.

I have never really felt like this while meditating. I always feel that visualization is really hard for me. But I git so into it that I was in a whole different realm. It was like I was asleep but I wasn't. I felt like I was being almost a little bit pulled out of my body in a way? Like a sensation of waves. So strange. Very calming!!
