I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. One day I saw a tiktok where a girl recommended Sydney( lol I only had the app on my phone for a day or two.) I’ve been doing Sydney’s workouts everyday (in order) since the beginning of May! I decided to do her videos for a month straight and I liked them so much that I kept going. I was only planning on becoming stronger through her workouts because running 5km x3 a week started to hurt my hip flexors. The amazing part is, not only did I become much stronger, I became more flexible drastically (noticed it at my 3rd week, kept improving since then) and I became more balanced! I’m 15 years old and I love working out, I play several sports and I want to grow up to do a career very similar to her! I really enjoy her workouts because they’re planned and I can focus on other things in the present as well as get an extremely effective workout! Because I haven’t gone to school for kinesiology yet, I love to learn the different movements that aren’t your regular sit up or squat. I’ve never had a problem pushing myself to do heavy weights or work hard, but I have always been bored during stretching and convinced myself I wasn’t flexible. Now more than ever before I realize that flexibility and balance are EQUALLY as important as weights or cardio, and they’re also the base you want first to then improve. Thank you so much for being my trainer! Especially for free! I couldn’t be more grateful for this woman right here! She makes me feel like I’m right there with her laughing at her corny jokes and becoming her bestie😂 I love how real her videos are, instead of it being “perfect” or just listening to music and the instructor telling you the next movement. She really tells you why that movement is effective and gives you directions on how to do it. Don’t worry if you’re concerned about not knowing how to do something, she’s really good for knowing who knows how to do what. I’m also a very big optimist so if your looking for a free trainer that always has a smile on her face as well as a positive outlook I would pick her! Not only that, but if you want encouragement that isn’t just “YOU GOT THIS,” 400 times in a row, I definitely recommend! The only thing I would change about her KZbin videos is a more difficult cardio. If you’re coming to her channel for cardio I recommend her earlier videos. After 2 months, I started to find her cardio not as amazing as everything else. Don’t get me wrong, you will get cardio, but I’d rather go on a run outside and enjoy the fresh air. Hopefully this review helped if your researching the best online trainer!

Sydney, I just want to thank you for showing what it might look like if you're not as flexible for some of these stretches. I get so discouraged when I stretch because I can't stretch it like you do and I'm not sure if I'm doing it right because I dont' look like you do. So thank you again for showing what it looks like. I really appreciate it!!!!! Also, just want to say, today was day 35 in a row for me of following your workouts consistently!!

One of my goals is to improve on flexibility and range of motions in my workout. I've decided to incorporate a daily stretch to end off the day, or at least 4x a week. Did this just now and boy, it felt so good to release the tightness in the hips, and inner thigh especially

This was PAINFUL! I and I LOVED it! Thank you for the soon to come tutorials on the bands. I ordered them about a month ago and have no idea what to do with them. Also, I have a foam roller and am clueless! You’re the best. Awesome stretch! Looking forward to tomorrow’s workout💛💪🏾
