Dang that felt good! Hopping over here from Summertime Fine 2023. After returning to my "office job" after being off for a week I could really feel how tight my back and legs were and this really helped!

I love all of the hamstring, glute, hip, and low back stretches - while they always feel good, they're especially helpful while pregnant! I'm talking life changing: by just doing one of your stretches it alleviates so many pregnancy discomforts. Only challenge now is a big ol' belly in the way of bending lol

Aaahhh that's better,I have been doing your stretches at least 4 times per week and the figure four stretch,I could never do it was always to painful,I did it today and felt great,this shows me how important stretching is,thank you

I feel the same way. A trainer once let me borrow a vibrating roller and vibrating ball (the better of the two) and it was SO great. They are similar to foam rollers or rolling balls but they have a battery and vibrate. Lie face down, put the ball (vibrating or not) under you, at one hip flexor with that leg bent to where it's comfortable, and then just TRY to relax on it. After a while you can feel your entire posterior chair relaxing from that starting point. Switch to the other leg after you can't go any more. It's spectacular. A tennis ball would work, too, if you have that at home.
