(Sign of Cross) In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
(The Apostles' Creed) I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; he descended into h3ll; on the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

( 5 ) The Fifth Joyful Mystery: The Finding in the Temple - Fruit of the Mystery: Piety (Our Father) (1-10 Hail Mary) (Glory Be) (Fatima Prayer) (Hail Holy Queen) Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this our exile, show unto us the blessed Fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary. Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Let us pray: O God, whose only begotten Son, by His life, death, and Resurrection, has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life, grant we beseech You, that meditating upon these Mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they contain and obtain what they promise. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

How to pray the rosary using a one decade Rosary Wristband
1). Starting from the crucifix, make the Sign of the Cross then say the Apostles’ Creed. 2). Use the 1st large bead to say the Our Father Prayer. 3). Say the Hail Mary on each of the next three connected beads. After the last Hail Mary, recite the Glory Be Prayer. 4). Use the 2nd large bead to reflect on the selected Mystery, then say the Our Father Prayer. 5). Say the Hail Mary on each of the next 10 connected beads, followed by one Glory Be Prayer. 6). From the Communion of Saints logo, recite the Fatima Prayer.
To pray additional decades, repeat steps 4-6. At the end of the final decade, recite the Hail Holy Queen prayer, then conclude with the Sign of the Cross.

I try to say 3 Rosaries a day. These Rosaries are wonderful to say at night because they relax me and make me feel safe.

Thanks for slowing this rosary down...15 minutes is just too fast!! This is great,allowing time to meditate on each prayer.

The title reads Anti-Stress and is it ever! At one point I was in a meditative state thinking of the words and the mysteries and suddenly it was over. I feel so relaxed. However, I will say the Rosary again today, but in a more focused fashion. Thank you so much for these videos, I so appreciate them!
