After a full blown Kundalini Awakening in 2017, I found about meditation in 2018 and that this rhythm was better for getting into a deeper trance state in a matter of about 1 minute. I would search KZbin for meditation music that particularly had Shamanic drumming in it, for accessing this meditative state and enhancing my precognitive abilities. Your video clears up a lot of what I was going through back then and I will have to try it once again to see if I can attain that experience. Thanks for your extremely detailed explanations.

Hi Jeff, I have been following your work for some time. You’ve spoken on rhythmic entrainment many times, and I was wondering if you believe there are classical compositions that exhibit this behavior as well. “Music for 18 Musicians” by Steve Reich comes to mind, given that the piece is populated with “phantom rhythms” throughout. Would love to hear your thoughts. Deep topic for just tiny KZbin comment!
