🙏🙏🙏 I've run scared from this one as I'm such a novice and a weakling but the short length spurred me to "just try". I surprised myself by being halfway to competent which your flows have largely enabled. And the energy of this one left me buzzing. So thank you. Again!

i come back to this flow time and time again 😊😊 it is perfect as a warm up, it is perfectly fast and challenging to catch a racing mind after a busy day, its also just a fun flow in itself,, i just dont understand how this doesnt have a billion views.
