I just found this one after a 'standing' workout with lots of sideways leg movements that I have a very hard time following. My coordination and motor is quite poor, probably due to comorbid dyspraxia, which is why I seek out standing weight videos only. That way I can see on the screen what the instructor is doing. You also give very clear instructions and frequent reminders to maintain form, which I find essential, and you motivate to challenge.

I love this one, but I did go to the mat for the chest series at the end. I did chest fly, chest press, and narrow chest press instead of the standing exercises. This one is on repeat for sure! ♥🔥💪
