Hey, FitFam! It's Tiffany from Moore2Health, and I am so pumped to have you join me for today's 20 minute Walk and Tone workout! This session is all about getting our steps in while toning up those muscles - a perfect combo for a full body burn that feels amazing.
In this video, we'll mix up our walk with some fun and effective toning exercises. We'll chat, laugh, and motivate each other through every step and rep. Think of it as a stroll with a friend, but with a little extra oomph to get those muscles working!
Ready to get moving? Lace up those sneakers and grab some light weights if you have them (but don't worry if you don't - bodyweight is just as effective!).

I just found you and I can't wait to add more of your workouts to my daily routine. I'm a fit 69 year old who uses a variety of cardio, strength training, full body workout, fitness, walking, and targeted exercise. So glad I came across your channel. I was just released to resume exercise after a breast reduction. This was the perfect workout. Feels so good to exercise again!

This was the perfect workout for me yesterday. I don't know what it is, but your teaching style is just *perfect* for me. Low key, just down to earth, but effective! So glad I found this channel. It's perfect when I can't get outside for a walk or when i need a little something extra.

I love the combo of aerobics and weights but wish it was longer. Please create longer ones to really get into the weights and not skimp on the fast walk. Maybe 40 min?
