Oh, Stacy I can’t begin to express how much I have enjoyed your aqua workouts. You have completely changed my life! I have also purchased equipment through your affiliate links and for that, I’m so grateful! If you could only know the issues I have had with my feet and ankle…. And after my 3rd podiatrist encouraged me to do water aerobics to help with my ankle issues…. I will never look back! I hope you continue making these videos…. I’ve even gotten my neighbor doing it and she’s also ordered from your links/recommendations. We REALLY love your Rock in Roll pool noodle workout with the music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s! Coach Stacey, we have loved your workouts! A little group of about 7 of us worked out this summer in central Texas and had a blast. One reported decreased pain in her knee that made working out at the gym easier and more effective. One reported increased range of motion than she’s have on 30 years. One shared all of this and we all agree! Joining in a water aerobics class is one choice. However to have a sweet neighbor open up her pool to we girls to host a water aerobic class is beyond grand! Our beautiful host rolled out her TV, plugged in your KZbin station and we began our water work out. Your workouts are fun, doable and challenging. Most of all they are fun. Thank you for all your extra work to create a physical workout and allowing us to expand well wanted friendships.

OMG thank you Stacy. I'm just back from visiting my 4 grandgirls in San Diego. It's always a let down when I get home. Today I decided to pull myself up out of it with you and this awesome workout. I followed up with pilates 3 and a 15 minute stretch. I feel much better! ❤

Wow. I added my ankle cuffs and that was pretty intense. I’d do another round but I have my trainer today. I really like the cross body butt kickers. I believe my therapist mentioned something about polyvagal theory and crossing the midline and it was supposed to be calming (or something similar). I really like adding the opposite hand to touch the foot because it helps know where you are.
