Homework question- 4 bulb diye hai jiske powers are 100w, toh as we know the formula P(bulb)=P1+P2+P3+P4, toh 4*100=400w By using the formula E=P*T energy hamari aagyi 400*150(5hrs daily for 30 days)=60000wh or 60kwh, yeh hogyi bulb ke liye. Ab LED ka case dekhte hai. wohi same formula lagado P(led)=P1+P2+P3+P4, toh power aagyi 4*8=32w, fir energy ka formula lagado which is E=P*T Toh energy hamare paas 32*150(5hrs daily for 30 days)=4.8kwh aagyi. Ab ques mai energy save poocha hai, toh it would be E1-E2 which is 60-4.8=55.2 units....

[HW] Q20 100W ka Bulb* 4 bulb hai * 5 ghante chalte hai * 30 din so, 100*4*5*30 = 60000 Wh (60 kWh) ----> Ab bulbs change ho gaye 8W ka bulb *4 bulb hai * 5 ghante chalte hai * 30 din so, 8*4*5*30 = 4800 Wh (4.8 kWh) therefore 60000 Wh - 4800 Wh = 55200 Wh { 55.2 kWh } energy bachti hai awesome session sir

Homework Energy for 1 bulb rated (100W - 220V) E = P x t = 100 x5 = 500Wh For 4 bulbs 500 x 4 = 2000Wh = 2kWh For 30 days = 60kWh Now energy for led rated (8W - 220V) E = P x t = 8 x 5 = 40Wh For 4 bulbs = 40 x 4 = 160Wh or 0.16kWh For 30 days = 0.16 x 30 = 4.8kWh So energy saved = 60kWh - 4.8kWh = 55.2kWh

By applying V=IR formula he first calculated the total resistance in the circuit. Now the question asked us to find out the resistance of the lamp and another resistance of 4 ohm is also connected in series with the lamp. Therefore Resistance of the series= Resistance of the lamp + the other resistor. So 24 ohm =resistance of lamp +4 ohm. Therefore by solving the equation we get resistance of lamp = 24-4 =20 ohm
