To be accurate, Olena is a ukrainian ( second generation) immigrant in Siberia. She is playing yakut khomus in yakutian style, but that is not her ancestors culture. Besides in my opinion it is not played in pure yakutian style, she also have a quite distorted representation of what she does. Her playing style sounds more ukrainian for me then yakutian. I think her style a fusion style not yakutian.

Absolutely loved Ilincina Din's song. Didn't understand 1 bit of it, but god what lovely music Romania has and how beauuuuuutifully Ilincina played the pan flute and sung it! Amazing!
