I'm doing a presentation of the movement teaching from Jacques Lecoq and I've been wondering about how he teaches. from what I have researches so far it is mimicking natural movement and incorporating it to life, but I don't know the steps or what to be looking for when moving.

I know one movement from circus art. Jaques Lecoq developed a lot of those movements for theatre right? Is there a graphical guide or a list of them and are those that you do good for warming up (e.g. clowns training)?

Lo siento, pero debo decir que el movimiento no es taaaaaan bueno. Por ejemplo 1:19 los brazos estan conducidos al bajar, en lugar de caer con el propio peso... 3:25 natacion, falta el acento con el pie, entre otras cosas. En el 0:10 los brazos no deberian ir hacia adelante, se supone que es patinaje, los brazos van en contrapeso (uno lanzado hacia adelante y el otro hacia atras, en ochos). Etc... Desde luego no son movimientos fáciles, ni de enseñar ni de integrar, pero eso no significa que estén bien realizados.

you never move to extension and your cadence is rythmical and youir handstand needs o be held for at least three seconds other than that that was an average 20 mouvement
