Ko-fi is brilliant. I am still new there, however it spoke to me right from the start. It's so multidimensional, fun, clear, simple and future positive. The only thing I am missing so far is the possibility to get email support for answering specific questions, but I guess that will come as the platform grows!? Keep up the great work!! Thank you.

Thank you so much for all of these changes! I closed my Patreon because of how much more Kofi resonated with me! Is there an app in the works? I use Kofi through a browser on my phone but an app would be really good!

Thank you Ko-fi, great updates! A feature I would like to see is the ability to exclude monthly donations from goals. I use monthly donations as a Patreon alternative, and one-time donations for streams. So it would be cool to set goals for streams to encourage stream donations.

Great work, Kofi! A feature that I could really use would be the ability to hide posts on your main feed! I want to add photos sometimes, without them drowning out tips and more important updates! Thanks a bunch!

I've said this before in the surveys, but we need a Dark Mode. I'm sure I don't need to explain this at this point, it's almost 2023 after all. Would also be cool if we could add pronouns next to our username on our profiles. You mentioned in another comment that an app is on the list of things to do. Have you considered a progressive web app?

The Shop had been by far the most useful feature of my Ko-Fi. I would love to include POD merch from somewhere like Printfy but I don’t know how to do this.

I'm new here but I think it would be amazing to have the ability to create courses in Ko-fi for my members. I also would like the ability to organize posts better so it makes it easier for people to search older posts. Like a library of topics that could be categorized.

Love my Ko-Fi store and donation supporters but I currently use Patreon to handle monthly subscribers - because they have a WordPress plugin that allows me to lock/unlock posts on my website for my subscribers. Would love to see ko-fi come out with something like that.

Hello! I want to know how I can customize my shop better. I have a few products I'm selling directly which the current programing works great for. However, I also have an Amazon shop and Printify account I would like to migrate it to my Ko-Fi site so people can go to one place to buy their merchandise. Is there a way to do this?

We don't have any migration tools for you to transfer content from another site to Ko-fi I'm afraid, but I can pass your feedback on to the team 😊

Just purchased Gold. I was planning to change the image of the coffee cup, which it seemed to be advertising as possible with Gold, but I can't find the option to do this. All I can find is the option to change the analogy (the text part) to something else, which as far as I was aware, I could do without Gold. Am I not looking in the right area???

You can't change the coffee cup icon I'm afraid, only the wording (ie 'Buy me a pizza'). Sorry if it was misleading!

@@Kofi_button What about changing the look of the preview image when sharing a link to the Ko-fi page on social media. I can seemingly change it, but when I look on my social media after sharing the link to my Ko-fi page, the preview image just looks the same as the default one. Is this feature not working???

@@cubcharacter-drivenunivers9843 Sometimes it can take a little while to update! You can try adding a '/' after your Ko-fi link to try and force Twitter to update 👍
