I think some people are getting them after they use their percentage off coupons they are receiving via email. I get text % off coupons. I used one like 2 weeks ago for something and the next day I got a 5off25 emailed to me but I was traveling and couldn’t use it. I used a % off one this last week and it didn’t trigger anything so I’m guessing it’s a hit or miss

Sign up for CVS emails. Every Thursday, you will get an email for 10% or 20% off one regular price item. You will need to use these % coupons over the weekend. Buy something small like a piece of candy. After you use the % coupon, you will trigger these threshold coupons also called flash coupons like $10 off $70. You will get an email within 24 hours with the flash coupon after using % coupon .

Are you signed up for emails? Are you receiving 10% or 20% one regular price item coupon through those emails? If so, you have to use those coupons to trigger these threshold coupons within 24 hours. I usually buy something small over the weekend to use those coupons.

@SmallCouponer I do get emails because that's how I get my 40% of single items and $4 off $20.

The $4 off $20 is a good coupon! I wish I get one with a lower threshold.

@SmallCouponer I did use it this weekend and got the cookie deal b1g1 free and a Christmas house. I used that and my $12 extra bucks and paid less than $2!
