There is some awesome tips in here! One I had never thought of was running your heat gun over your empty molds to get the frosting out of them. I had always used alcohol. With alcohol in short supply right now, this totally makes sense. It saves you some money too! Thank you for the helpful tips!

Thank you so much for posting THE BEST WAX MELT VIDEO EVER!! I’m serious! I’ve watched so many that do NOT even mention the pouring temperature of the wax!! As chandlers, TEMPERATURES ARE EVERYTHING!! I just wanted to say THANK YOU for providing ALL the information I need to make wax melts. I managed, before watching your video, to successfully pour wax melts with color, FO and mica. I poured a little hotter, because I had no temperature to go by, at around 160. I’m going to use your directions now! Thank you again and much love to a fellow chandler! 💞😊

I use one of those electric turkey roasters as my wax melter. It holds like 30 pounds of wax and then I can just turn on the wax when making candles and turn off till my next session. I scoop out my wax to my pyrex colour and fragrance. When I am done just unplug til next go. They are like 29-39 cdn here. It tucks a way nice too if u want.

Love these tips because I'm using the same molds. I found that for my wax, the max T I can have when pouring is 55 Celsius, above that it's a nightmare when it comes to unmolding, a real struggle! Putting them in the fridge (I don't have a freezer) also helps indeed. Have you considered getting one of those small heart molds for the extra wax? That could make a lovely sample (and numerous!)
@annseely13784 жыл бұрын
Your wax melts are so fragrant that my 7 x 11 office was scented just by unwrapping a sample wax melt I received in my order. It promoted me to order nearly a $90 set. I did get maybe 27 was melts. Each are so good! Even the ones I thought smelled not to my liking, when melted have become my favorite. And, I've discovered that all of them can mix well. I will use three cubes of different scents to make an aroma that lasts weeks!

I have no idea what type of wax it is, I cannot even remember where I first got it from as I have had it for so many years and not done anything with it. Another tip would be to use your heat gun on the mould prior to pouring, as in a minute or so before. It helps the wax to not stick. Also using this wax, if you blend it with another wax that will also help to reduce the sticking and the cure time. This wax needs 2 weeks cure time 💓💓💓
