I'm not sure all these are 'cheating', when it's the bowler and the batter getting in each other's way for a run-out, that's pretty borderline, the bowler is going for the ball, and the batter isn't obligated to get out of the way of fielders (as far as I know). Pretending a catch that you know went down is pretty bad though.
