Fun thing I noticed about moss blocks that wasn't mentioned in the video, is that they don't work on ores (which has probably been mentioned) and infested blocks. So if you are going around spreading bone meal on moss for some quick mining, and a stone block doesn't transform? That's a silverfish waiting on you to make the wrong move. But once you know, it's easy to get the drop on them or just mine around them and save yourself the hassle.

I found a better way to level up villagers than just to trade with them normally. Every so often, you sometimes see that some villagers lower their price because you have been trading with them more often. Well, if you trade with them three times then exit the trading menu and enter it again, the bargain comes. It might not be that big of a difference, but it can really change how much you pay for leveling up the villager.

2:21 Even if you have a fire resistance potion, the lava will still hurt you in the cauldron. That could kill anyone that doesn't think to break the cauldron potion or not.

I went to the trouble of carting an Elder Guardian about a thousand blocks once for a drop trap. Put it in a hole where its Fatigue effect was JUST out of range of my base. Then drop them into a pit with lava, surrounded by a few layers of Obsidian on all sides. Even with an Efficiency V Netherite pick, and full Fire Prot Netherite armor with a Fire Resist potion, it's impossible to mine out before you die. And almost everyone panics and jumps while trying to mine out, anyway. . It's a stupid amount of effort, but if you're willing to do it, you can have several of them, each with a few hidden traps for people to get caught in. I like to put those traps in dummy secret entrances. . Elder guardians are also good for visible entrances, if you're willing to make a small door out of Netherite, and encase all the redstone in an obsidian box. At that point, nobody's going to spend the time required to successfully grief your base, and nothing but the Wither itself is getting through.

Although the lightning rods are really useful to defend yourself from mobs, when it's raining, it can get really dangerous. So, you could use end rods instead, not only do they light up the place a little, it's also really pretty. And also mob proof ofc. But this is about 1.17, so end rods aren't part of the subject

Fun fact: Bedrock redstone has an aspect that makes it easier to work with than java, on java if you put redstone dust on a piston, it breaks. But on bedrock, it stays, so you dont need to put repeaters to function pistons on bedrock edition

Can't you just put a bunch of night vision potions in a bundle? That would save space the same way as the arrows and you could still get the maximum time for potions.

can you stack potions though? I think the last time I saw bundles was when they could only hold items that were lower than a stack used to them (64 grass blocks or 16 enderpearls were both a full bundle). Not sure how it works right now, though, so if I'm wrong, sorry for bother!

most of these work in bedrock but bundles aren't in Minecraft yet, you take damage if you land on dripstone in water, drip leaf can't put you in a crawl position, you cab't out glow ink sac on signs, and candles aren't in Minecraft
