This is pretty ridiculous “reporting”. How dare an employer expect for people to do their job, THEY GET PAID FOR, the way the employer wants it. If I hired a cleaning staff, I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t instruct them by saying “do whatever you want”. Every job everywhere expects you to go by procedure and do things the way they want it done. Employees don’t get a vote or say “oh, I’m sorry but if you want it done like that, do it yourself” 😂 Get real sheesh. When I worked at JCPenny’s, we had to use a folding guide to fold a particular way and color coordinate the items. Guess who had to do it over if it wasn’t done EXACTLY to procedure?
