You know that some ppl no matter what they eat their bodies burn calories without working hard or even going on a diet it's just how their body works it doesn't restore much fat I know cuz I'm one of them tho I don't even eat much. On the other hand another person who hardly ever eats anything and they're overweight. It's just how their body works. At least until they get older over 40+ that's when the body starts to restore fat and might get fatter and that's when they're gonna consider going on a diet or some exercise if they didn't need any before.

That's totally true, the plastic surgery thing isn't true, maybe one or two things here and there, but they don't promote it, also the no cellphones thing, totally false, that was before, now idols just have their social media regulated one or two times a month.
