The black one with the artsy look is more modern and chic, while the houndstooth one looks like their classic tweed. Ya, the filming… remember on my recent Paris Chanel unboxing where I was told to put away my phone?? My SA here is very nice, altho I did try to be a bit discreet - my camera is quite small, I was in a relatively quiet corner, and I avoided scanning the store. Your video gave me some new insights. My first designer bag Fendi was bought in 2020. Louis Vutton was bought in 2024. In the meantime, I use Coach, Torry Burch, Fossil, Tumi. I was surprised to find that I have about 8 *HOTDUPS* bags and none of them cost more than $300. This is not enough for me. I am a working mom and go to the office everyday. Not often to the mall or coffee shop. So yes, I am glad I got my dream LV. Two. I also bought a Fendi. So I think I will hold off on buying any other luxury brands to make the most of what I have now. Thank you for your inspiring video.

Fabulous video! You are so lucky that Chanel let you film in their store. It's an absolute no go here in Australia. I love the darker denim Chanel 22 that was on the counter in the small I think? It's the same as mine, I can recommend it. I found the mini Chanel 22 too small 🥰

@@5ftNothing Hi Kaz, and thank you! My SA/CA at the local boutique is a really sweet boy. In fact, he had invited me to check out the collection. I did try to be discreet though, and he had led me to a quieter corner. I also avoided scanning the shop with my camera. I think the one you’re referring to was a regular (medium) size. Only the black leather one was a mini and it is so tiny I didn’t even want to try it 🤭. Now I’m being enticed by a small, camel-coloured one on their website 🧡🤩

I'm researching mini bags and am a little hesitant about whether to go with a square or rectangular mini bag. But I prefer the square ones, I think mini bags are cuter and more suitable for casual styles, but small bags can also play this role, my dream Chanel bag is a small tweed bag. While Chanel leather bags are common, tweed bags are even rarer.

If you buy from them regularly they will allow you to film. Thats why she can also try so many bags and not be called off. In Paris last January a week after New Years at Galleries Lafayette the SAs will still rush you to make a decision on buying something. It’s rare to find a decent SA nowadays.

But really, if it was another SA, things might have been different. Also, I didn’t ask to go. He invited me. I don’t know…. maybe the house is finally changing their approach?
