The part with the deleted apps does make sense but I really don’t want to live just for school. I enjoy to lay just in bed and scroll through social media. After a hard day it’s so relaxing and calming. think it would be better to set daily time limits for apps.

I think you don't really need to delete just mute your phone while your in class or your studying but you can use it afterwards, they are actually really distracting especially the notifications, i recommend muting it and then use it afterwards it works it makes me finish my homeworks and i can study peacefully without any distraction

this was quite a while ago but i found it most helpful putting them in places that i can’t easily get to like in a folder on the last page or something. the few extra taps makes me not want to get to it but it could just be me. hope you found a solution if you’re struggling with this!

Some devices have the option to "blockll apps during certain times, so you don't recieve notifications andcan't enter the apps so you don't get distracted. If you get distracted with that function, de only the needs and rest during a couple of days, you are burnt out.

For routines I like to make 3 for each: High energy- when you want to get stuff done and feel productive Low energy- accomplish what you need and nothing extra Time crunch- when you’re running out of time, but still want a schedule to stay on track.

I started working 10 hours a day as a uni student. my family was overly controlling and toxic and did not allow me to even have a part time job, which meant I had to spend another summer enclosed in my room while stressing out for exams. Now I’m working and studying and hopefully this will inspire some people to evaluate their time and how they spend it, because you may not have much for yourself.

One tip I would have on the first day of school is to eat a large breakfast. Especially if you don't know when your lunch will be or if you're used to just eating whenever over the summer. Even if you're not a breakfast person I would just suggest doing this only on the first day so it's easier to shift into your new routine. Ps: Thanks for all the tips in the video. Just looking at my room/desk makes me realize I need to clean it lol.

@@ethan4957 It can be different from person to person. I would count a large breakfast as 2 pancakes or waffles and some milk or orange juice, maybe a small bowl of cereal if you want. Just something to make sure you're not hungry during your first class lol.

Another very important thing to do before school: Change your sleep schedule. If it’s still summer and you have time, you should make sure you have a reasonable sleep schedule. Like for example, I fall asleep at like 4am and I get up at 11am, so I’m going to try to change my sleep schedule into something that works for me where I’m getting enough sleep. Getting enough sleep is very important for your health, and a lot of people don’t get enough of it. If you have a bad sleep schedule and fall asleep too late, you should try setting alarms for when you need to do things and getting rid of distractions that keep you up all night. Like for me, I set alarms for the times I need to get ready for bed. Sleep is very important, and it should be one of the first things you do to get ready for the new school year.

@@aunicorn3812 The author Paul Kalanithi is a 36 years old and he is so close to finishing training as a neurosurgeon when he finds out he has stage 4 lung cancer. Kalanithi writes his memoir dealing with the struggles of facing his own death and having to go from being able to save others lives to now being the one to stare down mortality. It's a poignant, thoughtful, and painful read full of humility, courage and love. It's definitely worth the read.

writing a list when its 28th of august remind me !! :) 1. getting room done !! 2. get school notebooks :) 3. make sure to start diary/ journal !! 4. take laps at 6 to 7 in the morning before school starts at 8 AM !! 5. make sure but fold clothes for school before a week :) 6. do a workout w my mom at the time i do my laps !! 7. make sure to eat breakfast eggs that i make for myself. 8. remember to take my showers at night to a week of school at night !! 9. making sure to be strong and high energy in the morning to get stuff done. 10. make sure that my backpack has all my stuff gum, notebooks, cromebook, etc !! 11. make sure to get some energy by scrolling on tiktok for to 3/5 mins :) 12. waking up my big sis when its 6AM to get ready. 13. go use the restroom for 3/5 mins to not waste time. 14. go to bed at 10/ 11 PM or pull and all nighter (btw i do all nighters cuz i can stay up) 15. check alarm so it says 5AM not 5PM :) 16. make sure to go shopping for back to school clothes >3 17. read a book if i have extra time or watch tiktoks while waiting. 18. relax for bit outside on a chair of on grass !! 19. cook w my mom she makes bacon i make eggs :) 20. clean out desks when i get to school and enjoy! thanks for reading pls remind me when its a week before the 28th of august !! >3

I have a Health & Social Care course at college, luckily, often we do not use online or any extra work..(Unless necessary) But I do agree about organizing your mobiles with apps and storage, while also trying to have a good work space. Especially if you have a big family or noisy environment, staying focus is the most you can do, for some of us can be difficult if you have a Part-Time job or someone who helps around the house..

another fun way to stay productive is add productive activities on little squares of paper along with 1 or 2 non productive activities like watching Netflix and put them in a hat and whenever your bored or need something to do pull something out of the hat and you have to do that certain thing.
