The Sesame Street episode dealing with Mr. Hooper’s death was truly one of the most memorable moments on the show, and in children’s television as a whole. It was truly brave of the cast and crew to tackle the issue of death, and have the episode serve as not only as a memorial for both Will Lee and Mr. Hooper, but as an important teachable moment for all the kids watching.

@@Akira625 Emilio Ernest Delgado was best known for his role as Luis, the Fix-it Shop owner, on _Sesame Street._ He joined the cast of _Sesame Street_ in 1971 and remained until his contract was not renewed, in late 2016, as part of Sesame Workshop's retooling of the series. In December 2020, Delgado was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. He died from the disease at his home in Manhattan, New York City, on March 10, 2022, at the age of 81. From 1969 to 2016, Bob McGrath was a regular cast member on _Sesame Street,_ playing the character of Bob Johnson. McGrath was one of the two longest-lasting human characters on the series since the show's debut. In July 2016, Sesame Workshop announced that McGrath would not return to the show for its 47th season because it would be re-tooling the series, but the company did say that McGrath would continue to represent the Workshop at public events. Sesame Workshop later announced that there would be talks to bring him back and that he would still represent _Sesame Street._ Although McGrath had not been in any new material since season 45, he subsequently appeared in online videos for the show. He also returned for the 2019 TV special _Sesame Street's 50th Anniversary Celebration._ McGrath died from complications of a stroke at his home in Norwood, on December 4, 2022, at age 90.

Michael Rosenbaum has a podcast called Inside of You (and a joint podcast with Tom Welling called Talkville) that he does from a studio in his house. On the wall behind the couch where guests sit is a Superman poster (probably an original movie poster from 1978) with that tagline. The episode of Smallville he guest starred on was one of my favorites because it was the passing of the torch to Tom Welling (according to people that knew Chris, he believed Tom was the future of the franchise and ALOT of us couldn't have agreed more)

Neil's death was way too low on the list. He should've been in the Top 10 for sure. I will never forget the funeral episodes. That wasn't acting, those were real tears. I remember reading an interview with Bryton James who played Devon Hamilton saying at that when he heard of Kristoff's passing, he went to see Christel Khalil who played Lily Winters immediately. All of them were very close to Kristoff and Bryton knew his sister wasn't okay. Of course Paul Hennessy's death was #1. Who else would it be? No one else deserved the top spot. You also forgot that the tribute episode showcased the emotions of the actors, those were real tears. All of the actors were openly grieving and I am glad that the show's producers gave them the space and the capacity to do that. Kaley has never been the same since his death and still gets emotional when talking about him. She is also still very close to John's wife and his kids.

What's crazy is way before my time was three's company. I watchted the heck out of that show. John Ritter made me laugh in all of his career. I hoped to have met him. To hear he passed in the hospital he was born in. And then. Knowing that his son kept his memory going in his own right. I love it. The famous Jett Jackson show got me through. Seeing a handsome young black man being a successful spy paved the way for Zendaya show. Both not that much alike. But a impact. Rest in peace 🙏 John Ritter and always be known to me the famous jett Jackson. I pray they both are at peace. No longer in pain. ❤ Corey montieth to. He was handsome and talented and I know he loved his girlfriend. Everyone goes through shit behind closed doors. But the memories and impact are always forever. Hartman his death still shocks me. His impact when i was young I actually remember. Its just sad his kids lost both parents and that no one knew to see how to help that women before the murder suicide. It's still shocking. REST in peace to everyone. On this list and in real life.

I had to stop watching "8 Simple Rules" after the "Goodbye" episodes. The way that he was written off, and the episode following his death was so gut-wrenchingly painful to watch that I had to stop watching the show after that. The episode felt so authentic - with the whole thing just being everyone crying about "Paul's" death - it probably wasn't even scripted, and was just an on-screen memorial for John. It's beautiful, in a way, that you get to grieve with the cast like that, but it was so painful to watch. RIP John Ritter❤
