Before joining any community I'd suggest work on your skills this style of video editing isn't that hard just need a time for two or three months in the meanwhile try to add some funds and then join community idk if it's one time payment for this community of monthly payment if it's one time pay you can join now but if it's monthly I'd suggest when you join you should be good enough to get started asap and learn to land clients asap that's what I'd have personally done so i don't have to waste time
